Starting September 4th the teacher's practice is now on Thursday's at 12:30-2:30 Bring friend and enjoy a fun and challenging practice This class is free to yoga teachers. This is an advanced practice open to all teachers and advanced students.

Sage Yoga has moved to The Gym at 99 Business Park Dr. directly across from Maple Ave. on the otherside of Rt 22. Enjoy the beautiful new space with Babysitting, Sauna, Steam, in addition to great Yoga. Hope to see you there.
